Mr Emang Mochwanaesi

Emang Mochwanaesi is a young entrepreneur based in Klerksdorp, North West. Until recently, Emang was the CEO of the Wesvaal Chamber of Business which is a local business organization dealing with factors of local economic development. He currently serves on the Executive Board of the Wesvaal Chamber of Business and is the Chairperson of the Black Management Forum Young Professionals in the province with the focus being workplace transformation, leadership and managerial development.
In 2016, Emang was one of 1000 Young African Leaders selected to be part of the Mandela Washington Fellowship Program in the USA which is a flagship program of US president Barack Obama where he had an opportunity to learn about International Commerce while interacting with fellow Young African Leaders. Emang made a speech in Washington DC and in Nevada, Reno Rotary Club with his topic being “Opportunities in Africa”. The speech is accessible on YouTube. Emang was also the South African youth representative at the African Union (AU) Agenda2063 summit in Tanzania which happened from 22 – 27 November 2016. The topic of the dialogue was promotion and protection of human rights on the continent.
Emang has a Marketing Management Degree and is currently completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management, his 2018 goal is to commence with studying towards an MBA qualification. He is currently running his own consultancy company called EMMC (Emang Mochwanaesi Management Consulting) where he consults on Marketing and Business Development.
